Frank Reano was born into the Santo Domingo Pueblo in 1962. He was taught the craft of art making by his sister, Angie Reano-Owens and started actively making jewelry in 1980. Frank is a multiple award winning artist, specializing in both gold and sterling silver inlay jewelry. His jewelry making methods have been passed down for generations through the Reano family. Giving his art a contemporary style by using the basic traditional methods that have been used for over a thousand years. His wife Charlene is also a reward winning artist and they are both featured in many Native American Jewelry books and galleries across the Country. Frank is unfortunately now deceased.

Description:

Size: 2 1/4” length, 1 1/4” wide

Stones and Shells: Kingman Turquoise, Spiny Oyster Shell, Black Jade, Mother of pearl, and Lapis Lazuli. Each stones or shell is hand ground and overlaid on a shell base.
